Delete mailbox "without" domain account
Hello All!Here's my environment: Exchange 2007 running on a 2003 domain. We deleted a user domain account but the mailbox is still there in Exchange. From the Exchange 2007 console I can't delete the mailbox and I get a message saying:"Error:The operation could not be performed because object 'domain/user' could not be found on domain controller"How can I solve this? Can I create the user again in the DC and then remove the account?Or is there a way to force the account removal in Exchange? Many thanks!!!

You need to clean the mailbox database with Clean-MailboxDatabase cmdlet then you will be able to see it under Disconnected Mailbox, and then go for delete...
